- Cervical Collar Soft (Firm Density)is made of very high density (60 kg./m3) P.U. the foam which provides good immobilization and better support, despite no reinforcement, It has a long functional life.
- Covered with hypoallergenic cotton stockinet improves comfort, ensures no allergy or rash even to sensitive skin, has better compliance.
- Anatomical design provides uniform support to the mandible, better fitting, and enhanced comfort.
- Perforated collar body improves ventilation, comfort, and compliance.
- No hard, bony reinforcement, improves patient comfort.
Construction
Cervical Collar Soft (Firm Density)is produced from soft PUF or High-density PUF, and can also be reinforced by LOPE sheet as in C. Collar. The chief purpose is to provide support, optimal immobilization, and high comfort to the neck.
It is covered with soft, hypoallergenic cotton stockinet. The body of the collar is perforated to provide ventilation for the patient's comfort.
Hook loop closure ensures close-fitting of the collar around the neck, its quick, easy application, and removal. The height of the collar can be varied for accurate dimensional adjustments to suit the individual neck heights
