- Post cardio-thoracic surgery(reduces the discomfort of sudden rib care expansion during deep breathing, coughing and sneezing)
- To protect and bind surgical incisions of the chest

Small : Measure around the chest in cm = 70-80
Medium : Measure around the chest in cm = 80-90
Large : Measure around the chest in cm = 90-100
X-Large : Measure around the chest in cm = 100-110
XX-Large : Measure around the chest in cm = 110-120
XXX-Large : Measure around the chest in cm = 120-130
